Paula’s Banana Split Churros Cooking with Gucci Osteria Chef Karime López.

A dessert choice for staff meal divided the team at Gucci Osteria in Florence, so pastry chef Paula Requena and chef Karime López, created a mix of banana split and churros to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth to resounding success.
