An evening of luxurious flavors with a bespoke tasting menu designed by Co-Executive Chefs Karime López and Takahiko Kondo, alongside wine pairings from these most impressive estates.

The estates share a unique philosophy of a constant quest for excellence and commitment to environmental protection, with organic certifications, and vines cultivated in accordance with biodynamic and agroforestry principles.
